I just had my first anxiety attack since spring and I just walked out of work without telling anyone what I was doing and I missed like 15 calls from people but now I feel functional but I don’t know how to go back and explain that I’m kind of losing my mind but I also really need to go back considering it’s my job and I left my keys there oops
